This website is owned and operated by Metamod LLP ("Metamod," "we," "us," or "our"). Our address is 262 FF, Phase 4, DHA Lahore, Pakistan. We offer this website, including all information, tools, products, and services available from it, to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or subscribing to our platform, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including any additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, registered account holders, subscribers, and marketplace creators.

By using our website and services, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving products and services under the laws of Pakistan or other applicable jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or Service after an update constitutes your agreement to the latest version.

3. Services & Development Phase

Metamod is currently in its development phase. We provide phased early access and beta testing opportunities, and grant platform access at our discretion as we onboard new users. Please note that features such as our Prompt-to-Flow Engine and RAG Management are subject to evolution as we scale on Microsoft Azure.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Metamod for legitimate professional and educational purposes. You are prohibited from using this website or its content:

for any unlawful purpose;
to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts;
to violate any international, federal, provincial, or state laws, regulations, or rules;
to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others;
to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability;
to submit false or misleading information;
to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code, or to attempt unauthorized access to our Azure-backed infrastructure;
to collect or track the personal information of others, or to spam, phish, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape our platform without prior consent; or
for any obscene or immoral purpose.

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for violating any of the prohibited uses above.

5. Intellectual Property

Metamod retains all rights, title, and interest in our website, platform, and proprietary technology. While you retain ownership of content submitted during development, you grant Metamod a license to use feedback for the continuous improvement of our AI agent ecosystem.

6. Indemnity, Disclaimers & Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold us, our affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Services are provided on an "as is" basis. As we are building at the frontier of Agentic AI, Metamod does not warrant that services will be uninterrupted or error-free during the development phase, and we do not warrant the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of information found on this website. Your use of any information or materials on this website is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Pakistan.

7. Order & Subscription Cancellation

Cancellation of subscriptions, plan downgrades, and platform credit purchases are governed by our Refund Policy. We also reserve the right to decline or cancel an order for a subscription or credits — for example, due to a payment failure, suspected fraud, or a reason outside our control.

8. Termination

We may change or terminate your access to our products, services, and this website, or any account with us, with or without notice, at any time. We may terminate your access if you have: provided us with false or misleading registration information; interfered with other users or the administration of our services; been the subject of a request by law enforcement or other governmental authorities; or otherwise violated these Terms and Conditions.

9. Severability and Waiver

If any portion of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that portion will be amended to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and if it cannot be made enforceable, it will be severed while the remaining Terms stay in full force and effect. If we fail to enforce any of these Terms, it will not be considered a waiver.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. The courts of Lahore, Pakistan (including any consumer court) will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.
